High Draped Neck Dress with Dropped Shoulders and Fitted Flare Skirt

The Powolny Dress is an update on our most flattering Puppet Dress shape.  It features a mock draped neck, loosely fitted bodice that fits snug at the waist and is belted with a double buckle sash belt trimmed in contrast amber green georgette and gold leather. The skirt has a slim line that flares at the midi length hem.  The Puppet Dress works beautifully on a wide range of body types.  It is easy and comfortable with a slight stretch, but at the same time sleek and elegant.

The Powolny Dress is hand-crafted in England from a pebble textured Flou Bubble Jacquard woven in Italy.
