Blouson Sleeve Gown with Tiered, Panelled, Ruched Skirt

The Cosmos Gown features a boat neck with a scooped back, high waist and three tiers of panelled ruching in the generously flowing skirt.  Voluminous blouson sleeves with wrist ties and an oversized applique bow complete this dramatic evening look.

The Cosmos Gown is crafted in England from a heavy weight Georgette Champion as well as a lightweight Georgette Crinkle, both woven in Italy.
