Our best-selling Ruff Blouse features an elasticated ruff neckline with draped short sleeves and a curved hem.  This top is extremely comfortable, yet feminine and striking for any occasion.  The Ruff Blouse is hand-crafted in England from  a pebble textured Flou Bubble Jacquard woven in Italy.

Wear it tucked into a matching Fatale Midi Skirt for an easy, elegant look.

Also available in available in Green, Pistachio or Navy Flou Bubble Jacquard.  The colorblocked Flou Bubble Jacquard version is also available in Cerulean/Slate/Navy.
