Returns Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

When you place an order with us on edelinelee.com, you are welcome to return any item(s) provided you return them within 14 days of delivery.  Made to Order and altered items are however, final sales, and return is not possible.

Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice. All return requests should be submitted through an email to customercare@edelinelee.com  If approved, you will be given a RMA number and the address to return to.  Items returned to us without prior notification or an RMA number will not be refunded. 

Items should be returned, unused and with all garment tags still attached. Our boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.  Where provided, belts and any packaging such as instructions, authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. 

Item(s) must be received in our warehouse, from the original shipping country within 14 days of you being sent the RMA number.  Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.  We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at the below address, and you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. We recommend that you clearly write on the box: 

RETURNING DRESS PRODUCED IN UK TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR REFUND

This is so you will not suffer unnecessary customs duties. 

 

Please inform us of the tracking number as soon as you ship the return.  We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send back.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Items are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in another size, subject to availability. If a faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced we will offer a full refund.   Every effort has been made to ensure the colours of each product are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computer models and screens may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour is completely accurate. Please contact customercare@edelinelee.com for assistance and an RMA number.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Credit card transaction fees (3.5%) cannot be refunded in any situation, as we are not able to reclaim these once payment has been made. 

Shipping charges and any import and customs duties paid on your behalf will also not be refunded, except for faulty items and orders cancelled before dispatch. 

If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid.

On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider within 30 days.

Please note that if you fail to take care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to reduce the amount we refund to you to take into account the reduction in value of the product or to withhold the refund.  

 

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item from EdelineLee.com as a gift you may exchange it for another item of the same value or more, provided you pay the cost difference and the additional shipping, taxes and import duties and any additional charges which may incur as a result of exchange. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
