Our best-selling Ruff Blouse features an elasticated ruff neckline with draped short sleeves and a curved hem. This top is extremely comfortable, yet feminine and striking for any occasion. 

Wear it tucked into a matching Hannah Skirt for instant chic, or the Invert Skirt for a weekend look. The Ruff Blouse is hand-crafted in England from a pebble-textured Flou Bubble Jacquard woven in Italy. Also available in Navy, Lapis, Malachite or our colorblocked version Cerulean/Slate/Navy or Ivory/ Lapis/ Malachite Flou Bubble Jacquard.
