The Frank Skirt features a high rise waist, front button placket, contrast covered buttons and a contrast buckle waist belt.  The skirt has pleats at the waist and a flared silhouette.

The Frank Skirt can be styled with our Ruff Blouse for a chic day look or tuck in the Floge Top for a working look. The Frank Skirt is hand-crafted in England from a smooth textured Georgette Champion woven in Italy.

The Frank Skirt is also available in Amber Green and Black.  A similar shape is also available in Nude, Ivory, Blush, Mustard, Royal Blue and Sky Blue Georgette Champion.
