High Draped Neck Dress with Dropped Shoulders and Fitted Flare Skirt

The Powolny Dress features a mock draped neck, long sleeves, loosely fitted bodice that fits snug at the waist and is belted with a double buckle sash belt with buckles in gold. The skirt has a slim line that flares at the midi length hem. The Powolny Dress works beautifully on a wide range of body types. It is easy and comfortable with a slight stretch, but at the same time sleek and elegant.
