Elasticated Ruched Neck Blouse

The Ruche Blouse features an elegant elasticated, gathered  neckline with draped short sleeves and a curved hem. The ruff at the neck is simpler than our classic Ruff Blouse, creating a playful, neck-elongating alternative for our Ruff Blouse customer.

The Ruche Blouse is hand-crafted in England from a pebble-textured Flou Bubble Jacquard woven in Italy.
