Our best-selling Ruff Blouse features an elasticated ruff neckline with draped short sleeves and a curved hem. This top is extremely comfortable, yet feminine and striking for any occasion. This top comes in a playful triple color block of Cerulean Blue, Slate Grey and Navy.

Wear it tucked into a matching Fatale Midi Skirt for instant chic, or with the Pleat Skirt for a fun look. The Ruff Blouse is hand-crafted in England from a pebble-textured Flou Bubble Jacquard woven in Italy. Also available in Navy, Lapis, Malachite or in our colorblocked versions Cerulean/Slate/Navy or Ivory/ Lapis/ Malachite.
