Wear it tucked into a matching Hannah Skirt for instant chic. The Ruff Blouse is hand-crafted in England from a pebble-textured Flou Bubble Jacquard woven in Italy. Also available in Black, Lapis, Malachite or our colorblocked version Cerulean/Slate/Navy or Ivory/ Lapis/ Malachite Flou Bubble Jacquard.
